At All That Glitters and Rust, we take great care in curating our vintage and handcrafted goods. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are considered final unless an item is damaged during transit.
Vintage Item Disclaimer
Please note that you are purchasing vintage or antique items, which are pre-owned and carry their own history. Signs of age, wear, and patina are natural and form an essential part of each object's character. We do our best to photograph and describe major imperfections; however, items are sold in their existing condition. By placing an order, you acknowledge the vintage nature of these objects and understand they are not in "new" or "perfect" condition.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. To process a claim, we require:
Clear photographs of the damaged item.
Photographs of the packaging/box as it arrived.
Once we confirm the damage occurred during shipping, we will provide a full refund or a replacement (if available). We will cover return shipping costs for verified damaged items. All That Glitters and Rust reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in the same condition as it was received, or if the damage claim does not meet the criteria outlined above.
Buyer’s Remorse & Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, including change of mind, incorrect size perception, or aesthetic preference. We encourage customers to carefully review all item descriptions, photos, and measurements before completing their purchase.
